I was playing LOL on Windows 8 and it was working perfectly fine, and than I updated it to Windows 8.1 everything went wrong. I started perfectly fine until after the loading screen where the actual game started, my FPS turned around 1-3 and I started lagging really bad. Everything was set to low quality but high performance.

I've always run LoL on max settings with 60 FPS with no issues. I recently did the auto update through the device manager and since have had a complete drop in frame rate. I just realized AMD released new Windows 8.1 drivers a few weeks ago. I'll try those out and see if I get any better performance.
